Project Management

Kamran and Company, Inc. tailors its project management and design approach to each individual project. This allows for customized service to meet the needs of the specific job.

Utilizing a joint design/project management team, our project group is comprised of a designer, a project manager, and a project coordinator. The team reviews efficiency, constructability, and cost to guarantee that the client receives the best possible kitchen in quickest amount of time.

Our experienced staff of In-House Project Managers works closely with all members of the Construction Team, Government Agencies, and Ownership to ensure that every detail is carefully attended to. By keeping the line of communications open with our administrators, we are able to achieve quick responses when issues arise.
