A New Chapter of Leadership

We’re excited to announce that Tim Welsh will be joining us as our new CEO starting Monday. He will be based out of our Santa Barbara office.

Tim brings more than 20 years of experience in the foodservice and development industry, with a strong track record of helping brands grow and scale. Tim has served as the Chief Development Officer at El Pollo Loco, the Chief Development Officer at QDOBA Mexican Eats, and the Senior Vice President of Design and Construction for TriMark's South and West US Regions.

Known for his thoughtful, solutions-oriented approach, Tim combines design thinking with business strategy to tackle complex challenges and drive results. He’s also a registered architect, bringing a unique perspective to how we build, innovate, and serve our clients. We’re excited about what’s ahead under Tim’s leadership and look forward to welcoming him to the team!

Project Spotlights:

NFL Stadiums

Major progress continues on the two NFL stadium projects.

· The Northeastern stadium project, led by Corey Stiles, is expected to be 95% completed this month
      · Smallwares package valued at $500,000
· The Southern stadium project, led by Danny Rios and Rebecca Turner, is on track for October completion

These projects have been major wins for our team. Great work to everyone involved!

Industry Connections:

Strata Conference

Recently, Nancy Styf represented Kamran & Company at the Strata GPO Conference, connecting with vendors and Strata partners to discuss the outlook for 2026.

The conference provided a valuable opportunity to: Strengthen relationships with key partners Exchange ideas and insights on future opportunities Align on strategies to drive continued growth

We’re also excited to share that Kamran & Company will serve as the sole redistributor of Rationale equipment within Strata — a strong vote of confidence in our team!

Q&A: Get to Know Tim Welsh

As we prepare to welcome Tim Welsh as our new CEO, we thought we’d kick things off with a few quick questions to get to know him a bit better:

Q:
What is your favorite sports team?
A:
My wife and I are Buckeyes—so we love Ohio State everything, but especially football. Go Bucks!

Q: What do you enjoy doing on the weekends?
A:
A mountain bike ride—ideally ending at a brewery.

Q:
What’s one fun fact you’d like the team to know?
A:
I met my wife in high school, and we’ve been together ever since. We raised our three kids in Ohio, and these days you’ll usually find me on the sidelines—our youngest plays Division II lacrosse in the Bay Area.

Project Spotlight:

California Casino

A large Casino project in California has successfully reached a major milestone with the completion of Phase 2. This was led by Emmanuel Lira and Adrian Abitia, whose leadership and coordination helped drive the project to a smooth and successful turnover.
